Purchased a phone in late December. Attempted to return phone showing this error. Waited five minutes for staff member to acknowledge me at the front counter (busy checking staff devices on charge other one phone, third emptying recycling). I was told I would have to wait three weeks for the phone to be checked and repaired because it might be water damage. Water damage was repeated three times. It is a waterproof phone. Returned home with phone, contacted phone manufacturer directly. 1 minute wait to be connected to chat, trouble shooting done in five minutes and a new phone will be sent in the next three days.

Been here a few times now. Originally everything was fine. Then early Jan I asked to have some stuff bound (5 x 12 A4 booklets). The female staff member said it could be up to a week. She also was less than helpful and it all seemed to hard (was chewing on gum behind the counter...). I elected to head to Officeworks at North Lakes (closer to work), and they did it within the hour. Went in this evening - printers and card network is down. Figure it’s all too hard for me now... I’ll start heading elsewhere. The other Officeworks seem pretty good though! \u200d️
Staff refused to honour warranty. Had to contact manafacturer directly (who were actually very helpful and sent a replacement straight away). Bought from a bricks and mortar store specially for after sales support. Won't make that mistake again with office works.
I had a fantastic experience here today! Thank you so much Channy for your help printing and finding my online order - you're brilliant. This Officeworks has lots of products and my online stock order came through in a couple of days. I needed to print a couple of posters and it took about 10minutes once I placed the order. 10/10 stationery retail experience
Excellent service provider by the staff in store! I was just pricing printers that print photos & the sales assistant showed me the products of cannon & Epson! He also explained that afterpay & zippay were available as no layby service is available! I have chosen the product I am budgeting for! There was no pressure! Very happy with the assistance freely given! A huge car park facility & wheelchair access to the store is available! Today & yesterday 29th & 30th March 2020 I emailed my printing to [email protected] & got one each day laminated! A great service! This is all during the Cocid19 social DISTANCING restrictions! THE store is well set out & plenty of space to safely browse! My boyfriend bought a great tv for a great price. A Blaupunkt.
Very impressed with Officeworks Windsor! We were given assistance straight away in buying some desks. They helped bring them to the car too! Friendly and helpful service
Don't bother trying to phone the Windsor store - they never answer. I took a clearly faulty item back for the second time within the warranty period. They wouldn't replace it - they sent it away for 'assessment' even though it had obviously fallen apart. A week and a half later I got a text saying my 'assessment was approved'. But could I get to speak to someone on the phone about organising a replacement? No! Tried several times but no one answers the phone at the Windsor store. Very poor customer service. Go elsewhere.
Called multiple stores in Brisbane city this one first and no answer by any store. The reason for calling was to avoid going there and not having the product to buy. Went in to this store and spoke to store employee and I was referred to another employee to answer questions about iPhones only to have him not say anything I had to probe him for information it was like pealing back an onion. I then asked about an iPhone that I decided to buy to have him tell me that there were only 2 SE IPHONES IN Brisbane not this store. I then proceeded to tell the employee that I had called earlier today to avoid this to have ignore me I then said did you hear me he replied that it was the system I said the phone ring out no one answered he replied it’s the system. This is the second time this has happens I don’t recommend going in store to buy any thing as they don’t stock any thing the business appears to want to save money on holding stock. Furthermore they are cutting costs by not manning the phones. While also cutting costs by employing under qualified staff as he was not able to answer basic questions I got more information of the card that I read and final the disclaimer was illegible and when I requested the disclaimer he ignored me. From my perspective the business must want to go online as the service was nonexistent.
