While the Doctor and his staff went way above our expectations we were shocked that we went to the pre admissions clinic to be told to come back the next day at 2pm. That would be fine, except firstly, a person with stage 4 metastatic cancer cannot sit for hours on those hard chairs for 2 hours plus. Secondly parking is ridiculously expensive. I feel the owners of the car park are taking advantage of sick, elderly people. The parking lot is shocking ...... machines useless. We understand that most of the drs do not bulk bill because the rebates are so low. Parking ...... when you’re sick with mobility issues you need access to parking. Plus with COVID, it took almost half an hour to get a lift.
