Only needed a single night, but after seeing the 5 Star Hyatt style hotel accommodation and 10 different types of gourmet snacks Carol feeds, I was more than happy to leave Socksy for the 3 days. Her place is cleaner than a Dentist Surgery, fresh air, rediculously clean surroundings. Happy and relaxed days for Socky's holiday and total worry free for her dad! You rock Carol X

I booked my 3 cats in at Top Cat & would never take them any where else it was wonderful to be able to enjoy our holiday & not worry about them. Carole looked after all my 3 fur babies & cared for them all very well & I got regular updates & photos. I bought Carole a box of Celebrations for doing such a great job. I would strongly recommend Top Cat to anyone looking for 5 star cat boarding.
Paid three day deposit Oct 1 and two days later cancelled due COVID. Subsequent requests for bookings since then were met with we don’t accept Cats on holidays and long weekend etc I have requested a refund and was told that I was very rude and don’t ever Request my Lucy be boarded there again
Sebastian is a mummy's boy. He hates to be parted from her. So it was with some trepidation that we arranged to board him while we went north for a few days. Not only was he wonderfully looked after by Carol and team but she sent us a pic of him happily resting while we were parted from him. It reassured us that he was indeed receiving 5 Star care. His demeanour and state of health when we picked him up was so very good. Thank you very much for caring for Sebastian. Chris Parsons
Well what a fabulous cattery run by a true cat lover. Oscar couldn't have been in better hands, Carole cared for him like he was her own. He was extremely happy enjoying cuddles & seeing the other cats in the other playroom through the glass window. This place is spotless clean & the animals welfare is 2nd to none. I was always kept up to date & sent pictures. I would go back in a heart beat !
Fantastic facility and first class care from Carole. Great value for money as well. Couldn't wish for more, would recommend to anyone

Left our Sammy with Carole for 2 weeks and I'm not sure she wanted to come home. The 'rooms' are excellent with lots of space and all a cat needs/wants. Carole spends time with her guests individually, giving cuddles and time. Highly recommended.
