We engaged Dominic to assist with plans to remove multiple load bearing walls. Dominic came up with a clever, practical and cost effective design. His plans were very easy to understand and follow which made my builders job much easier and job flow smoothly. Dominic was also available for any questions my builder had. I was able to book an inspection of our 2 story Willoughby home within a few days of calling weBETA. Dominic did our inspection and was very helpful and informative. He has made excellent recommendations for some repairs, and explained the most likely reasons for the issues we have been experiencing. I would recommend him and am pleased to say that he was punctual, professional, friendly and helpful. I consider his charges to be very reasonable, and while he was happy to give us as much time as we wanted, he was very efficient and was able to give us a good assessment of our situation in just 60 minutes.

I have been extremely happy working with Dominic, he is very knowledgeable and can work through solutions to allow the architectural intent to be realised with a simple and cost effective solution. Dominic has been very efficient and helpful in responding to RFIs from the builders. Further to that, he makes the effort to explain things clearly and in plain English where possible - something a lot of engineers do not have the ability to do.
