Worked with Robert from Urban Lighting on our nearly completed renovation and the whole experience has been an absolute pleasure at every turn. The range of lights, the level of service and insight and the design service made this a stress free and enjoyable part of a large reno project. In the sea of lighting stores in Sydney and online these guys were exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommended.

We visited this store twice to buy some lighting. We dealt with Jay . He was amazingly patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. We found the right lighting we were looking for! Would recommend Jay as the person to see. The store also had beautiful products sourced from Australia and overseas.
Excellent service from Urban Lighting and their supplier, who was a pleasure to deal with. The lights we originally bought ended up being faulty and deteriorated quickly, within two years. The supplier replaced all of them. A perfect example of how you can turn a customer's experience around and make it so positive.
We bought a lamp shade. The shop wouldn't return. We wont come back to this really really very expensive and dreadful shop. Reply to owner. We were given unwrapped shade already installed from your displayed lamps. Do you expect us to wrap it for return. We were returning it before the lapse of month. Both the replies are not true. Stay away from this terrible shop!!!
Doing a renovation and dealing with so many - carpet, tiles, lighting, etc etc. It's so refreshing speaking to someone that knows what they're doing, and adds value to the purchasing process with quality advice - thanks Jade!
An absolutely amazing selection of beautiful lights. The staff went out of their way to make sure I got exactly the right lights and effects for all the rooms in our home. I can thoroughly recommend them. They really know what works and it looks fantastic. Many thanks :-)
