Great place to participate in fitness activities. Gym staff are most helpful & fitness program is very rewarding. Also participate in Spin classes which are testing with a high standard of bike equipment. Yoga sessions with Instructor Yuen provide an intensive session with a wide variety of positions

Very few lap swimming lanes available even during off peak times. I believe the swim school and squad is quite good but not ideal for anyone wanting to get some excersise in.
The worst I have seen. Rude staff and sub par facilities
We have been members for many years. There is a nice 25 metre pool and separate children's pools, a big spa, sauna, well equipped gym, indoor courts, cafe, and outside netball courts next door. There is also a creche, as well as the Blend Cafe inside, where you can grab a coffee or something to eat whilst you wait.

Great place to exercise and swim. The prices are slightly inflated though.
Used to come here when I was in high school for the pool. Remember I loved it. Recently returned to watch my neice play netball and discovered how very big the area is - with so many courta. Over 40?
