We brought a vehicle from e-motor group back in June 2020 it took nearly 4 weeks before we could actually use our vehicle as after collection of our vehicle we experienced nothing but problems (crack in expansion tank, car stalling mid intersection when applying foot brake and many more) took many hours / weeks of phone calls and emails before e-motor finally agreed to have it looked at then when it come to paying the mechanical bill they tried to ignore the mechanic as well (Weren’t returning calls or emails to said mechanic) took for myself to track down one of their employees phone numbers and constantly call before they finally paid the mechanics invoice. Please be very careful when dealing with e-motor group and know your rights if in doubt call consumer affairs as it’s a consumers right to be sold a vehicle that is safe and free from defects regardless on weather it’s a used vehicle or not search up motor vehicle consumer guarantee. E-motor group needs to be held accountable.
Worste car yard ever sold me a dodgy car with ticking in the motor then refuses to fix it just say put lifter free in it. I have done that 3 times and waited 14 days as directed it didn't fix the problem now they are not replying and it's a joke stay clear as I am having to use fair trading now since they don't want to fix cars and sell lemons

Was amazing with getting me the loan and helping me find the car, they were great. UNTIL I wanted them to check into a issue that I found just before Xmas. They couldn’t get my car in until the new year and I understood that, it was the busiest time of the year and I was fine with that. They tell me they will get their auto electrician to look at my car, then find out that they only got their mechanic to look at my car, they had my car for a week and when I went to pick it up. I was greeted by a lady that was extremely rude to me and my mum that was also with me.she called me a lier and shoved emails in my face. Just be BE VERY CAREFUL WHO U DEAL WITH THERE, this lady I dealt with is so rude towards customers. They aren’t all like this at EMotor and it’s not fair to blame everyone at a company course of one of their own being so rude and disrespectful to a customer that just wanted a issue looked at.. She does need to be reprimanded and given a really good talk to, course no one deserves to be treated like my mum and I were today. EDIT: I DO HAVE A COPY OF THE FIRST EMAIL I SENT THIS YEAR REGARDING THE CONCERN I HAD!! THIS PERSON ONLY PRINTED OUT THE EMAILS FROM LAST YEAR!!!!!!!!! AGAIN, JUST BE CAREFUL WHO U DEAL WITH!!
Stay away from money bro I tried to get finance It took over 2 months Submitted ID 3 times bank statements 7 times Lied to by brokers Over 1000 calls to money bro unanswered Someone will get back to me ect ect when I finally got through Got told looks good about 5 times to then be told not to use there service ever again Scam watch is being contacted now Do not use money bro even their privacy statement is not in full
Facebook lies about the application. "3 simple questions and get approved" ended up filling out a list of of questions, then had to verify it all again, then my bank statements uploaded, license uploaded, then had a phone call, answered a thousand questions again to get told no because Im using social security cash" At the very end. Should be the first question so you don't get all my info for no reason. Scam
