I ordered Xmas presents from this store 2 weeks ago. It's now going on Xmas eve and they're not here, despite my 10 attempts to follow up with them about it. Absolutely disgraceful. They've still charged me too.

Back in April I placed an order for some lodge skillets. Currently now stating item due in late November which will make it 7 months since I placed my order. I guarantee you item will never arrive. Every month the item shifts a month on when the product is due in. False advertisement and very poor customer service. You have to chase them up or go online to find out that date has changed. Reading other reviews many, many customers have had the exact same complaints. Would never order from them again. I am curious to see when my lodge skillet set will actually arrive. I will make sure to post and let you know. My guess is will be close to a year. Should have been a 3 month wait, now looking at 7 month wait however I can guarantee that will blow out. Awful company and be very cautious at ordering through them!!
