Nice stuff but terrible service. Ordered something months ago from the website and it still hasn't shipped. They emailed me a few time saying it was out of stock and the shipping date is pushed out. They gave me the option of cancelling my order but I had to call a 1800 number for that. Got someone in America who I could barely understand because the connection of the line was so poor. I don't know if she ended up cancelling my order or not and now they have stopped replying to emails. They don't really seem set up for servicing Australia.

We had the most beautiful experience today with the wonderful Lynn in store. Lynn was full of incredible culinary Knowledge with an absolute kind and caring spirit. I hope some of what Lynn brings to the store can Influence others in the store to act with such kindness as it's a rarity in the retail world.
Lovely stuff, not cheap, but much cheaper than a return trip to New York. Get your American goodies here. Great for Christmas shopping.
Ordered a set of Wusthof steak knives heavily discounted from the Australian site. Items were dispatched the next day, and received the following. Knife set awesome, impeccably wrapped, communications throughout whole process perfect. Had some doubts from the reviews I've read but no issues this end and would happily buy from them again. One of the best online purchase experiences I've had.
