We purchased an expensive commercial fridge and just before the warranty ran out the rubber seals split we telephoned and not under warranty. The rubber seals on a commercial fridge should last a lot longer than under 12 months the home fridges last longer when you think you are buying the best you expect much better service for a commercial fridge than to be told NOT under warranty. So if buying a Ruby Star commercial fridge check the seals and noisy motor.
