Our first renovated home turned investment property. Due to a poor Property Condition Report, rental inspection reports that were lacking in thoroughness, little to no background checks or former rental checks or employment checks of our nightmare tenants, pets not approved by us and many more issues created huge headaches and heartache for our family. We immediately switched Real Estate Agents once we were able to end the tenants lease. We will not recommend Eric Nell to anyone in the future and wish we had done more thorough research.
