Wildlings Forest School is located in Burnside, Australia on Youth Ave. Wildlings Forest School is rated 4.8 out of 5 in the category recreational facilities and services in Australia. At Wildlings, we are adventure play makers, risk-takers, rule breakers, children’s rights advocates and rebel teachers. During any of our outdoor programs, you are likely to find our Wildlings up trees, sliding down mud slides, whittling with pocket knives, lighting fires and building rafts. We let kids, be kids. Wildlings was started out of a frustration in a lack of movement and nature in our classrooms, and an alarming increase in physical and mental health issues in our children. Our aim at Wildlings is to get more children outdoors connecting with nature, creating the village parents are yearning for and inspiring change in the education system. We have created programs for the next generation of ‘natural’ born leaders, creative thinkers and people who think outside the box. We do this through our pioneering forest kindy sessions, our wildly popular holiday workshops and training for educators and much more. Our programs help develop grit, resilience and other characteristics that will help children to be successful person in the real world. Since our beginning in 2017, over 6000 children have attended our programs and we have put over 500 educators through our workshops. So come and be a Wildling with us! Bring your kids or your grandkids to one of our programs - even if it’s just as an excuse to be a kid again yourself. And remember that children can’t learn to protect nature if they’ve never had a childhood in it.
