I love this shop but its closing down soon

Been coming here for years. I've always had helpful friendly service and it's the perfect place to find something special for any occasion. Having trouble finding a present for that person who has everything? This is the place to go. Easy to access, next to the escalator opposite JB Hi-Fi.
Will not be shopping there ever again. First time I entered the store I was completely ignored and when I asked for help I was told "nope we don't have that" and then the rude sale assistants returned to their conversation and continued to ignore me. On another day, I called with an enquiry and the rude owner spoke to me like I was a child. This is not how you treat customers!!! Very unimpressed.
