This small market has been operating for over a year now, it started out strong but over the winter months the number of stalls have dwindled. While there are still some dedicated stall holders with great food and handmade clothes/products there is no longer a fruit/vege stall or plant stall. With the nearby excellent children's' playground I don't understand why more people aren't going to the market. I hope it doesn't close.

Following on from the last posts, there were 8 stalls/stations open last Sunday. There was also a well defined eating area. It happened to be a fine weather day when I went there. Included for the people were 3 quality food stalls, a DJ playing a range of popular 70s music (vinyls), readings, warm weather clothing shop, a National Trust stand of general interest information and a colouring in station. All in all, a good balance. However, the most inportant thing was that it was open and ready to serve vistors to the iconic site.
Brownies are fantastic from the markets. Only issue is I don't know if the markets are still operating. I haven't seen them for weeks.
Great food stalls here. Try Muki's Turkish Cuisine - she makes great gozleme.
4 stalls there, 3 of them food, very poor dont see a future for it
