Awesome. Get ready to know about the vintage Australia and back date yourself when you are here. Nice play areas for the kids and some Christmas fun activity happened as well for the kids. Enjoyed the train ride too. Nice picnic spot for families. Definitely worth a visit..!!

Good for family day trip. Pros: very detailed explanations and exhibitions of what Austrilian lives back to 100 years. Such as the punishment of one lady taking too much in class back to 100 years ago, etc Cons: a bit far from major town and close too earlier . The ride activities are close at 3pm. So make sure to buy tickets for truck rides and little trains ride before 3pm

5/adult, 15/family. Amazing effort by everyone involved to present such an incredible range of goodies from the past. Great to stroll around, look in the shops, see how the houses and businesses (doctor, police etc) were set up. So much to see! And stop for lunch at the cafe near Rose Cottage... 30 for a tasty feed for two of us. Better than at the pub! Only open Sundays. Make the effort, you won't be disappointed

The place was fantastic and amazing. Great fun for family but only thing that annoyed us were fly. Not good ideas for picnicking in summer if you bringing strong smell food because of so many fly other than that fantastic place and You will get the feeling of Aussie outback also you can dress up like cowboy (BYO) for great photos. Entry fee apply check their website or call

Such a nice day we had in the pioneer village. Great activities for kids, old cottages and a bit of history. All of this for a very affordable price. I can only recommend it!

Employees at this place are friendly. There's a reasonable amount of things to see and do. Would recommend bringing your own food for a picnic or BBQ as it takes a long time for the food to be prepared no matter which place you choose.

Had a great day with few families of my friends! Nice picnic area and friendly volunteers! Shared some village pictures on social media, and few my friends are wondering where the village is? And they will visit the village soon too!

A WONDERFUL PLACE TO VISIT. REALLY INTERESTED TO SEE THE OLDEN LIFE, WHAT THEY USED EVERY DAY. THE LIFE AND CULTURE.. A GREAT EXPERIENCE.. AS WE WENT BACK TO OLDEN ERA
