USELESS! Received email stating my things had arrive at the destination, but no one in Townsville seems to know where it is! People promise to call back but don't! Have spent three days trying to get someone, anyone to tell me what the hell is going on! Follow up........ The booking is under my partners name, that's why you can't find it. That being said, we did get hold of the Townsville depot and was informed our stuff is NOT in Townsville, but 900 kilometres away in Mount Isa and is not expected to arrive for another four to five days. Why? That is simply not good enough.

Very rude, unprofessional, swearing in front of my child. Giving me that look . Sitting in the truck for more than half hour, walking in my house without any communication and left without informing. Can’t explain in words how disgusting experience I have had. Do not recommend this company to anyone.
