After a very frustrating communication with the Manufacturer - Samantha from Wholesale appliance supplies handled things incredibly! She was amazing, even when I lost my cool at the situation which was at no fault to her or WAS- she was wonderful and understanding to our frustration and situation. We are really grateful for her patience with us and for doing everything she could to help us. Thank you so much Samantha. Although the issue wasn't a warranty issue (more an owner operating issue) the price for call out was affordable, and we will definitely be using WAS again.

I just can't believe how incredibly helpful this place was when our washing machine needed repair. Purchased from The Good Guys and still under warranty I was told to ring them. I dealt with Sam who was such a pleasure to deal with and really went the extra mile. She was always cheerful and kept me up to date with progress reports. After a number of false starts, because of LG not them, Larry the technician got it done. He ended up coming back After Work! To try to fix it when he couldn't get it going on the scheduled visit! He then made a call the next morning just to check it was ok. Seriously good.
Professional, friendly and efficient service - making the booking for repair very easy, and my Technician Steve was great! Second time he has had to replace the bellows -- 'cos I wash my underwire bras in the machine!!! Recommend this company wholeheartedly.

The staff on the phone where dismissive, unhelpful and borderline rude. I did not feel like a valued customer at any time. Took multiple phone calls to finally schedule a technician.
We had one of their technicians Larry come out to our home about six weeks ago to look at our two and half year old Westinghouse fridge due to leaking water issues. (Model WTB3400WG). The fridge was just out of warranty by about six months. The technician tried to fix the problem but could not, the freezer unit was sealed and could not be accessed. Larry advised us to notify their Newcastle office to see what could be done. At this point Electrolux notified us that they would agree to replace the fridge pro rata but that we would have to pay 370. This on top of the service fee of 165 starts to become costly for us. I spoke to Lana at the Newcastle office, she told me that she would contact Electrolux on our behalf. She certainly did, the next day Lana contacted me to tell me that we would be getting a brand new fridge at no cost to us, but we would have to wait for another six weeks until a later model was available. What can I say, I was blown away. Thank you so very very much to Lana for all your help and going to bat for us. I certainly have no hesitation in recommending Wholesale Appliances for their friendliness and professionalism and will tell our friends and family about their service. Wholesale Appliances are certainly extremely lucky to have Lana working on their team, well done.

Excellent service, purchased a factory second fridge the staff is very helpful, first time I've purchased a fridge from them. They have a good range of white goods. In the past I've only gotten spare parts for the stove and washing machine and have always found them to be very helpful.
