Bus was on time and effectively door-to-door which made travel to and from the airport stress-free. Brian (driver from the airport when we arrived) was also knowledgable about the area and gave us lots of facts and tips and introduced us to the area, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Can't miss the bus - it's blue and prominently plastered with the company's name.

An efficient friendly transfer service. Both transfers to our accommodation and 10 nights later returning to the airport were great. The driver was on time, drove safely, there was plenty of seating on the bus and also lots of room for our bags. The driver gave us running commentary as we travelled from and to Proserpine airport - advising us of various landmarks and also a little of the local history along the way.

Brian was a wonderful, knowledgable & humourous guide who drove us to Airlie Beach from Proserpine Airport & back. The reyurn fare (36pp) seems expensive at first but after experiencing the lovely service from Whitsunday Transit, I would definitely recommend & go again myself. Thanks very much!

No Eftpos on buses, not good for people like me who have gone card only. Bus network very limited, needs to stop more places in Proserpine like Lagoon Boulevard in South Proserpine, buses are clean but other than that not a very useful bus service.

Worst bus experience ever DID not felt Safe. Stunning something like that can happen in AU!. They are apprantly (how it Feels - Hope its not the case) teaching the drivers how to drive while having a bus with 50 people on. The driver did not seem compentent at all, felt really unsafe the whole trip. -Did continuesly not look at the road while talking privately with what seemed to be her instructor. - Did almost stall a few time while driving in hills - Had real trouble with adjusting to corners Except for pure unsafe driving the trip takes up to 1.5 hour from Airlie Beach bc lots of pick up stops
