It was a 4hr class with plenty of time, well paced, no rushing, and being well planned everyone had a go at almost everything, there was a mix of demos, and division too. There was 8 in the class, which seems to be the max limit as it's a workspace per person. The pace was great, the chefs were most definitely kind, patient (required when I'm in the kitchen - twice as messy and slow, like letting a child help a friend said XD) and caring. They were very friendly, not to mention very easy on the eyes, and worked well with varying skill levels in the class, from those who cook (Nina), and cook well to those who only dabble (me). We made: Tagliatelle Farfalle with rocket pesto, confit tomatoes, lemon Spinach and ricotta ravioli To take home we got to keep the aprons, the recipes which is well laid out and easy to read, and some pasta we made (we ate the rest). I like that we didn't have to take notes on tips & tricks while participating, so we could concentrate on it being all hands on. We had a great time, and can't wait to make pasta at home! Such a great class that's always been on our to do list. Highly recommended, tickets are 140 and well worth it. As everyone gets involved and it's very well planned. We've done quite a few classes over the years, and this is definitely one of the best.

I took my partner and my parents there for an afternoon of cooking. We had a great time. The class was lots of fun and we also learnt how to make three types of delicious pasta. We all sat down together at the end to eat and have a glass of wine. There was also lots to take home. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys
The class was really enjoyable and we met other people who love Italian food. It was so fun cooking together as well as tasting the food prepared. The chefs were super nice and it was so easy to follow through the class. Absolutely worth it!
I and my friend booked the fresh pasta cooking class and it was awesome! We had so much fun. Adriano and Fabrizio took good care of every guest and we never felt lost through the class. We enjoyed some home-made baby pizzas, which were delicious, as well as the pasta prepared during the class with a nice glass of Italian wine and a beautiful carrots and almond cake. Be back for another class for sure!

Fresh Pasta Master on 19 May 2019. I attended "White Truffle - Italian Cooking School" for a class: "Fresh Pasta Master". Adriano shared his cooking secrets generously and I was collecting a number of his tips which are unwritten in the provided recipes. I have never thought that I could make fresh pasta from scratch. Both of the chefs (Adriano and Fabrizio) were so informative and having intensive knowledge regarding to Italian Food. Class environment was so relaxing, smooth and so much fun. All the recipes were easily to process and follow. Unbelievable, I could make Farfalle, Ravioli (my favorite) and Tagliatelle. Many thanks to Adriano and Fabrizio, the knowledge you have taught me, will be used during my home cooking. And I will definitely be back to learn more Italian recipes from you both.
