Went into the store after being stuffed around on the phone with telstra. I was served by Dani, she was very polite and professional with her service. Totally recommend coming into this store as they always have a high standard service!

The staff here are so lovely and Friendly, they are only doing their best with what is a very bad business model but unfortunately some of the customers that go there have got no idea how to be nice nor do they have any idea about social distancing between them and other customers in the store! I can understand how you might be frustrated as anything with Telstra as an entity to deal with because of their inflexible way of doing business or because they are the biggest but it is no reason to treat the staff in the store rudely or in an arrogant manner. They are there to serve you they're not paid to be abused by you because you feel like it. I was looked after promptly, efficiently, courteously, precisely but I was shocked at the way particular with the women with spoken to buy male customers in the shop. Manager was too busy on the phone while this was going on - this needs to be addressed by him.
Went to telstra and needed to change ownership of a number so I was able to sign up with optus, was told by the male worker i will waste my time and don't need to change ownership of the number, went to optus and they explained if I did that it would be fraud. Please don't give out incorrect information and waste customers time..
Went in with a problem on my iPhone, they were so helpful in showing me how to fix the problem. Had gone to the original place where I bought the phone and they just said go to Apple without even trying. Service was so good that I changed my number to Telstra straight away and will not be going anywhere else from now on.
Just wish they offered Sony Xperia phones on contracts.
