I did my driver's test this area and I was very disappointed. Not because I failed but because the service was horrible. First of all, the instructor that did my test was mean and very rude. I didn't even know his name. At first he didn't greet me with a hello, or even introduce himself, while he knew my name from my details provided. The way he was sitting during the test was so unprofessional, I felt very uncomfortable(he sat as if he was having a beer in his own car), and the moment I made a mistake, he was screaming at me and that's when I completely lost all my focus on the test. I was terrified and by the time we got back to the office I couldn't stop shaking. I really hope this center will train them officers to be a little more human and patience with drivers on the road. It's possible for mistakes and sometimes serious problems to occur during tests, and it's part of their job to deal with it in a professional way, but not respond in a way that would make the customers feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I couldn't complain directly on the day of my test because I was soo scared. But I will never recommend this kind of service from this specific person (wish I knew his name) to instruct new drivers.

I would give this place 0 stars becuase they make people wait in a line while there are no restrictions in NSW anymore. This is ridiculous more than 150 people are standing out side waiting to get in.

The staff at wetherill park RMS are very friendly and know how to talk to customers, I had a bad experience at the Liverpool RMS with a blonde lady that works there who was completely rude and was somewhat of a bully maybe she needs to go to the Wetherill Park centre for training and learn from the friendly staff members there on how to talk to people.

Hurstville service centre is very poor, unprofessional, racist staff .I faces the most racist rude lady in my life their her name is Hind she treated me unfare low yhan corner shop when i asked for her manager next lady to her said i am supervisor no name tag on her ,answer we don't have time let me serve next customer she didn't even listen to me , What a shame on government to be that low level like these staff. Racist service centre and need completely trained brach of laws

Went in & it was a full house. Competent staff kept the queues moving promptly & service provided was sufficient, brief & i was also provided with forms & vital info i didnt know. Best RMS centre i have visited!

i visit this place often, i only have price for, very friendly. looks like they gone thru customer service, wish other govt. dep. have 25% of good service and we will be ok!
