I had a problem with my car key. The flip switch that held the key blade in had broken off, but everything else was working great. The dealership wanted a stupid amount of money to replace the whole key, but Sam at Mister Minit worked with me to find a simple solution for a great price. I can 100% vouch for Sam at Mister Minit as not only a top bloke but is also knowledgeable (and willing to take the time to share that knowledge). I can't stress enough that if you want excellent service at a reasonable price then this is where you want to go.

I must have gone there at a bad time. The guy had gone to lunch so I sat at the front of the counter and waited for him. When he arrived he seemed annoyed I was in his way. I had no idea I was sitting in front of his door blocking his entry. Instead of politely asking me to move he abruptly shouted " you're in my way" I was shocked and told him learn some manners and I would move. We exchanged a few words before I left without the purchase I was going to make. Manners aren't his strong point and his arrogance will be his undoing.
