Took NBN connection two weeks ago. Put me on to a wrong address. Waited for a week for it to be changed. Technician was allocated and we waited for one week and the appointment was scheduled. No one turned up at appointment. Rude customer service on call and said we can cancel and reimburse. Not even an apology.

The online sign up was super easy and the subsequent communication was great. Had a small issue when I first connected and called the help desk. Anthony was amazing and we had it sorted within a few minutes. Really impressed with the service

MATE is definitely my mate. The technician arrived at our place on time. He was nice, it only took him less than 15 minutes to connect my modem and NBN box. Fast and efficient. To top it up, MATE customer service is second to none. It was the greatest experienced i ever had in regards to dealing with an internet provider. I feel like i was talking to them face to face. Were very RESPONSIVE to my emails. Very understanding and helpful, very PROFESSIONAL. I LOVEEEED it. And also i saved 30 a month being with MATE. Very GOOD VALUE. I had issues connecting through my own modem to Mate NBN services. I sent an email this morning, Well, the response by the support team was so quick. They just could not wait to get me started. I was so thankful. Connecting my own modem became so easy with clear instructions from Daniel, easy to understand and follow. It just took 5 minutes.My internet now is up and running and faster than ever before. thanks Mates. I will be bragging to my friends and family. They need this kind of care.
