Ongoing support and servicing is a nightmare. No one knows what's going on, where your machine is or who's in charge. They ask you for your account name or who you spoke to: but no one tells you their name when they answer a phone. No one even gives you paperwork upon drop off Repair price is excellent but getting it there and picking it up and communication of whats going on is horrendous.
