Terrible company to deal with. A 3 month old hyster electric pallet jack pump failed. They threatened to send me to debt collection as I would not pay my Bill. Had to get fair trading involved to have them reverse the charge due to being brand new and in warranty. Fast forward 2 years need more equipment decided to call them again. I had to chase them up to get a return call. Wanted to organise a hire forklift while our new hysters were built, after 4 days I have given up on these people. They are a waste of time. I have purchased maybe 25 hysters over 15 years never again. I run a business and we make mistakes but this company every dealing with them they stuff up. This is my first review due to their incompetence.

This company really needs to uplift the sales side of the business. Communication is not up to the mark once the order has been signed. Product might be good as can't comment on it yet till the delivery has been received. On the other hand Hubtex is so hungry for business that they ring every week to ask if they can help anywhere in this competitive forklift business.

worst sales team in the country... once you sign a contract they don't call you back everyone at the place gives you the run around.
