Terrible customer service, at no time were any policies given in return or exchange As it turned out my builder gave me the wrong information, and when I spoke to the owner John nothing but rudeness no help at all I understand smaller businesses can’t mess around with returns and a certain ownership is on me for product correctness, but an exchange could be offered at least ! any way bad service and handling of the issue so have you measurements right
