Dr Park has operated on my eyes three times. He is not only an absolutely brilliant surgeon but he takes the time to explain all of the issues as well as the procedures completely. I have never come across a more impressive medical practitioner. I must make a special mention about his assistant/receptionist she organizes everything perfectly, from appointments to coordinating the operations.

Dear Westside Eye Clinic and website viewers, I simply want to state that my experience with Dr. Park and Westside Eye Clinic in Mt. Ommaney, QLD was OUTSTANDING! I am extending my deep appreciation for the professional and caring treatment I received during my recent operations. Dr. Park and his team were such comfortable health professionals in all manners and it allowed me to move beyond all the normal fears one faces when going into eye surgery. Approaching 80, anyone can understand how important good eyesight is for those of us at this age. Dr Park is a fantastic and highly skilled surgeon. He did both my retinal detachment and cataract surgery. Could not be in better hands! We are very lucky to have him in Brisbane. Its always a pleasure too going to see him as Este, the office manager/receptionist has an infectious laughter and makes you feel at ease. I would highly recommend Dr Park to anyone without any hesitation.

My husband had many eye bleeds over several years, numerous injections and a very painful laser treatment, after the last bleed he was totally blind in one eye and told by his Specialist there was nothing else that could be done. Luckily we were recommended by a friend to contact Dr Joseph Park, he was seen to quickly and operated on by Dr Park and now has his eyesight back. We are so grateful to this wonderful Doctor. Thank you to the office manager, Esthe for your help with everything it was always a pleasure to come to appointments and be greeted by you and your beautiful smile.

Absolutely disgusting service. My mother took my Grandmother (who speaks no English) in for A regular appointment . My mother had my two nieces with her and was told to leave my nieces(3&6) outside in the sun as they would not accept them inside. There was NO OTHER PATIENT inside. This is not the first time we have had issues with the receptionist. She is extremely rude and argumentative. The Dr didn’t even bother to come out and discuss the situation either he stayed in the back and sent the receptionist out again. Very disappointed.

I have been attending this clinic for a few years now and cannot recommend Dr Park highly enough. I was fitted in with an emergency and since then have had to have regular check ups which under these COVID times hasn’t been easy for Dr Park. He has had to reduce the number of patients he sees so as to look after the safety of all other patients. His receptionist Esthe has had a huge job trying to rearrange all appointments and has asked that only the patient goes into the surgery - unless the patient is very elderly and needs a carer with them - so as to keep everybody and Dr Park safe. Thank you Esthe and Dr Park for caring about your patients!

A year ago I was looking for someone to do my cataract and after contacting a couple of others and No one replied and then I seen the eye symbol and tried westside eye clinic and they impressed me from first contact After my first appointment I was locked in to have the surgery and Dr parks made me feel comfortable and secure as I was worried about someone touching my eye It was the best money I have ever spent and I was so happy I got my second eye done straight away and it is twice as good having both eyes done I would recommend this and Dr parks to anyone and if anyone has any concerns I would say you have to do what ever you can to protect your eyes don't hesitate seeing this amazing business you won't be disappointed Nick
