Went in yesterday after trying a few other Tile shops. Chose and bought my tiles with Westside Ceramics after receiving great service and advice. The lady serving me went out of her way to ensure I chose the right products for the areas I am tiling. Huge range of tiles there and they even gave me a discount seeing I ordered so much. Will definitely be back to get more when I tile my pool area. Thanks to the staff. Worth the trip out there.

This business is only set up for builders customers. We went there and said we were looking for tiles and were told porcelain is 3 to 4 times more expensive than ceramics... you can all judge the accuracy of this comment yourself. None of the products displayed has got prices. Go somewhere else if you are walk in.
Extremely unfriendly staff on phone. Provide incomplete and wrong information to customers. Looks like a family own business with no compliance and customer dealing focus. It's shame that such a business still exist in this age and century.
Extremely helpful and a well set business, easy to find and creative displays the staff are friendly and from what i have seen they deal with obnoxious customers really well, i will defiantly be doing another selection soon.
