Excellent company to deal with. We had Stacey as our salesman. Got to test drive a car we were interested in. No pushy sales tactics and had a good look around first. No pressure to take the options when ready to purchase (extended warranty and tint in this case). Very helpful, friendly and streamlined when going through the whole process from drive, to contract, to licence transfer. Car was presented in immaculate condition and with a full tank of fuel. Very rare to get a used car with a full tank of fuel from my purchase history! It's all the little things that really make or break the experience. My experience with Westside Auto was though Kiel Barker and it was probably the least stressful experience I’ve had selling a car. Kiel was quite efficient with assessment of my car and offered me a fair price for it based on the mileage and age. He gave me a couple of days to deliver them the car and the process honestly couldn’t have been any simpler or quicker. Can definitely recommend based on my own experience and will certainly be going directly to Kiel in the future

Amazing selection of cars, really helpful staff who make sure you're being looked after; even if you're just wandering around, they check to see if you need help. Anderson was my sales person, he was efficient, funny, knew everything about the car I wanted and understood my needs, expectations and wishes. Michael did my deposit payment and a few other bits and pieces and he is so lovely and understanding! I was a bit unsure about a couple of things and he cleared them up and reassured me! Andrew was amazing too, helped me so much and really went above and beyond what I expected. I was actually amazed and have never dealt with such kind and helpful car dealers before! I can't thank you guys enough as I have had a hard few weeks with the Ford! It was nice to find such a great car, have such an easy dealing with you all. Test drove her Wednesday, bought her yesterday, couldn't be happier :) oh and special mention to the woman who did the admin side of things, I forgot her name but she had purple in her hair :) she was so very helpful, knowledgeable and always checked with someone if she needed to clarify. An absolute 5/5, 10/10 experience. Everyone needs to check this place out, it's literally such a gem. Thank you so much to the team

Thought I'd give it a go within 24hrs I'd sold the car to them through their car buyer Tom who was great. Got the price that I wanted with absolutely no fuss at all(money was in the bank that night).
