This company has twice given us useless service. Once staff could not be bothered calling. Nd now went in for xtrail done all paper work n a month later upon waiting get told that the staff initially served us has moved on. Disgusted customer service, cant be bothered. Just targeting high wage workers n A collar jobs.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID Came home from service and noticed damaged bumper and rego plate. I haven't been using my car for a month as it was due for service and had no time to get it done until last Monday so I know it happened there. Made a complaint and was advised I will be contacted which of course I never was. Careless bunch of filthy unprofessional, you know it was you. There are better places that will give you an experience of valued customer.

I bought my First Nissan there and everything was great. Grant helped me in the process, was very kind and is still helping me after the purchase answering my questions and even booking first month service. Kai was also very helpful helping me with the finance, noting an issue with my payslips that neither I or my partner realised and getting us a good deal that allowed me to have a monthly instalment that fits in my budget. No complains so far! EDITED in April 2021: Great experience buying, not so good when havinga problem! I reported that the head rest of driver's seat was pelling off in January 21, around 6 months after I pruchased the car. Took the car to the dealer and I am waiting for a resolution since then. Three months of waiting, no active contact from the dealer to explain the situation and aparently, no wish to find a solution. I feel disrecpected! I was important for them before buysing the car, but after this issue arised, my problem seems to be put aside and forgotten by them!

I highly recommend the Team at Westpoint Nissan. The only time we go to dealerships is if we have the intention to buy and walking into the dealership Sales Manager Jarrod greeted us before introducing us to Salesperson Aleksandar and then Finance Maree. They organized the extras we requested & had the car delivered via car carrier to Central Qld for us and nothing was too much trouble. They were great to deal with, very pleasant and efficient without being pushy. We haven't purchased Nissan before but after purchasing here we would return again without hesitation.

From the moment we walked in, we were made welcome and felt like important people, customers. Alek was very informative, not a hard sell at all and was highly knowledgeable of the car we were interested in and ultimately purchased. The car for us was perfect and the process of testing, varranging finance and delivery went extremely smoothly. We were without avar due to an ETA and Alek quickly arranged for us to get a loan car whilst Westpoint arranged delivery. The new car with a bow on it, with pride of place in the showroom was a real bonus.... 5 stars!
