Recently went to Westpoint Darra for a service and in the past the staff there have been pleasant but this time not so much. I dealt with a girl receptionist and I felt as though I was bothering her by getting my car serviced, everything was too hard and she wasn’t extremely informative. The wash wasn’t all that great either. Definitely has gone downhill since my experience this time last year. You need to train your staff in better customer service.

Paul and the gang at Darra were great. Service was fast. Car drives really good. Loan cars available which was awesome. There's a nice cafe with great food right next door if you want to wait or they have a nice waiting area as well. Definitely recommend Westpoint Darra to all.

One of the best service experiences Ive ever had! Called ahead to organised a hire car. Rock up, hand in my car with the promise that it wont take that long, grab the hire car and drive home only to find out about 2 hours later it was finished already. Brilliant service!
