We have had a tremendous experience at Browns Plains. This is our 3rd Hyundai, (the latest for my daughter's family) who were involved in a dreadful accident that wrote their other car off. Lucky to have escaped life threatening injuries, we visited Dillon late last Friday. Between him, Jarrod and the staff we secured an excellent vehicle for them and am so grateful for the professional, yet friendly way we were treated. The poor staff staying after hours so my family could decide if it was the vehicle for them. Nothing but accolades for these 'non pushy' yet efficient guys. Thanks heaps, we are very grateful.!

Absolutely incredible service from Car Saleman Rylie. He made my experience of buying my first car the best possible experience from start to finish. He immediately brightens up your day and made me feel very comfortable during what can be an extremely overwhelming thing. The Finance Team however .. total opposite experience. Genuinely felt like I was being treated like a Child with no money when In fact I put down over 10K deposit and put the rest on a payment plan because I was buying a house .. Age is just a number and just because I’m young doesn’t mean I’m not successful and hardworking. This made me feel very insecure.

My van has engine fault. It is still under warranty. Just blame me that I use poor quality diesel (personally I only use BP) Charging me 450 for replace fuel filter and anothet 500 for fuel test. I went to another authorise hyundai repair shop. They fix thal all at no cost. Very poor technician. Dont trust service part.

I attended the service department for a routine service. This was a second chance as there was new management. Once before I had attend and voiced concerns with my cv joints/boots as I had heard a ‘clunking’ noise. I was fobbed off and they didn’t bother checking them until after the test drive where they heard the noise described. Wasted my time as they then had to drive it twice instead of taking my word and inspecting the front boots as I had requested. At the most recent experience, I was told that my rear brakes and rotors needed replacing. I was told there was less than 1mm left. I opted to have my father replace them to save myself a couple hundred dollars, over 300 in parts alone. When we took the tyres off the inspect the brakes, the rotors had less than a 1mm lip and the pads themselves had over 5mm left! Absolutely disgusting treatment of a trusting consumer! If I could give 0 stars, I would.
