The professionalism of Dr Furness and his whole team is 5 star . Dr Furness performed cataract surgery on both my eyes recently. From my first telephone contact with the practice I was impressed by the careful and friendly communication about what what required of me, and importantly, what the practice would offer me at each step of the process. Dr Furness' team all communicate respectfully, with warmth and clarity. The process could not have been easier from my point of view. This practice impresses as being built around the patient experience, from the first point of contact to the last - this is rare these days I find. So congratulations Dr Furness and your team for being genuinely professional and patient-centred, and for being real people who clearly work together well and who want everyone to have a positive experience by using your different expertise and competence to the benefit of all. Wow!! .... what an awesome experience to go through. No more cataracts, no more prescription glasses, except for some basic readers. I have had lens implants on both eyes. Who could ask for anything more? From the first phone call to make a booking, to walking out the door from a final check-up has been wonderful. The Staff are so welcoming, friendly, courteous, and professional. Each step along the journey is described so well in detail as to what will happen, and the time it will take. A huge thankyou to Pinky, Cindy, Jo & Mel, in their Office positions, and to Mitchell & David keeping checks on the procedures , and last but not least - in fact the most important - Dr Graham Furness, and for working his 'magic' at the Perth Eye Hospital.
