The day of the funeral went in a blur, but it was exactly the tribute we wanted. The staff were very attentive and professional. We have used your company twice. For my Father and again for my Mother. It was during the start of the Covid lock down and all rather difficult because we had to observe new guidelines. We were told twice at the very start at the phone conference when it was going to be. Further meetings and so forth at the Balcatta Premise complied with all the guidelines that were in place in March. The staff were courteous and respectful at all times. Even when they were dealing with difficult and discourteous clients. Since my Father's Funeral I have always recommended them.
The staff are rude and arrogant and only care about money. Go elsewhere
These guys are a joke! They held a funeral without my husband being told about it. Reviews speak for themselves. Stay clear from these money hungry people, only care about the dollar signs!! The manager is a joke

We cannot thank the team at Bowra & O'Dea enough. They were absolutely amazing. Especially Urjsula who was so very very professional. After my mother passing recently we contacted a funeral director that turned out to be a nightmare. We went to Bowra & O'Dea and Ursjula took things over instantly she was just amazing and my mothers funeral was a beautiful day that I know she would have loved. If we could give this team 10 stars we would. Thank you Ursjula and your team you turned a nightmare into a beautiful service for a lady that was loved so dearly xxx
