First time here at Westmead Doctors, very happy, clean and modern facilities. The Doctor was excellent and spoke Australian English perfectly, plus she was very detailed and did not try to rush me I and out. I was very happy with my experience.

I have been using the Westmead Doctors medical centre for the past 6 years since I moved to the area. They always have many doctors on duty so the wait time is always quick and the reception staff are exceptional. They keep me healthy and kicking, I can highly recommend.

My partner and I have been seeing Dr Wendy Goh at this practice for over a year now and she has always been good to us! We both have fairly complicated medical issues which require a lot of management and she always takes the time to treat all of our issues with care and compassion. In some cases we've even found her more knowledgeable than specialists we've had bad experiences with, can't recommend her highly enough.

I have never made an appointment here and been seen on time. Always at a minimum 1 hour late in seeing us. Just today I had a phone consultation booked and the doctor was 1hr and 15 minutes late in calling. When she did she called my wife instead of me despite me specifically telling them to call my number. When my wife was unable to answer, the doctor moved on to the next patient without calling the my number on file. After calling the reception to find out what happened, I am still waiting on the doctor's call.....

Doctors are good. But they do not have value for other people timings. Even though you have prior appointment for certain time they will make you wait for atleast 1 hours. I been their multiple time, but every time the story is same. And if book a telephonic consultation, u will never get a call on time, and no one bothered to inform that when u will be going to get a call from doctor, it can be around 2 hours late. Every time they have same excuse that doctors are running late. Pathetic customer service.
