I first met with Dr Ryan to help me take steps to fix my kidney health. Living with obesity, hypertension, cardiac issues, and renal failure, getting to a healthy weight could help my kidney function and I had gastric sleeve surgery in October 2016, revising to omega loop bypass in June 2018. I have lost over 50kg, I'm on much decreased medication each day for blood pressure, cholesterol and my kidney function has risen from 12% to 24%. My aim was never to be skinny - it was always to get to a transplantable weight and without Dr Ryan and his team it would not have been possible. From day one, I have received treatment that cannot be faulted, and nothing is ever a trouble, with the ability to contact Dr Ryan and/or the team to clarify things where needed. From the girls on the front desk, who know all the patients by name, an anaesthetist that puts you at ease, a nurse who guides you through preoperative and postoperative care, to the finance manager, physio and dietitian. Top rate, seamless, personalised service, professionalism and devotion to their patients, worthy of the praise they receive in the field of bariatric surgery, from patients, doctors and specialists alike. I wish that I had met this amazing, devoted surgeon 20 years earlier. Thank you Dr Ryan (and your entire team) for your instrumental role in helping change and improve my (and my husband's) health. We will forever be indebted to you and so very thankful, every single day, that our paths intersected.

Honestly this has changed my life forever I got the gastric bypass loop on 19th nov 2020, and now 4ish months on i no longer have high cholesterole, high sugars, and no longer have diabetes type 2 (in remission as they call it) The staff and surgeons are compassionate, understanding, encouraging and made me feel comfortable. Would always recommend this place
