Had a shoulder MRI scan which apparently costs almost 800 before any Medicare rebate. I had been advised the report will be directly sent to the specialist in 2 business days. Given what I had been advised, I scheduled a follow-up appointment with my specialist for a week after the MRI scan, however, was very disappointed that the reports were not sent to the specialist when I had the appointment. When followed up, they advised there will be a further delay of another week before the reports will be ready as they are working through a backlog. There was no communication about this delay and in the absence of reports I wasted my money on a follow-up appointment with the specialist. 2 weeks to prepare a report when I was told 2 business days at the time of the scan is disappointing and the lack of communication is unacceptable. Staff at the centre were helpful and professional.

Great Admin service and Rx. Thanks to Kate and Dr Kevin NG. C7 steroidal nerve blocker. Kevin was supportive and informative step by step. Unfortunately Castlereagh Imaging are way behind the times as they do not have electronic billing or banking set up! I had to wait for a "cheque" from Medicare - then fwd it on to the company! Castlereagh needs to modernise...and fast!

Without a doubt Westmead castlerigh imaging are by far the best imaging company. There are never any issues. The staff are ALWAYS professional, empathetic, compassionate and kind. If we request them to bulk bill our patients ( Specialist referral ) there is never any questions asked. They always make space for urgent referrals. Thank you guys ! It's much appreciated. We will continue to support your business and refer each patient to you. I will also continue to use your service for my own personal scans, if ever needed.

This place is shocking. I booked an MRI scan, took the day off from work and went to my appointment to find out they did a mistake and booked ultrasound and they can't fit me in today for MRI. They kept on apologising but it means nothing as they wasted my whole day.

I have all of my tests done here because the staff are always lovely and helpful. The waiting room is never crowded and my tests are always done as soon as I get there. This place makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed.
