Very modern and advanced set of academic structures. It is The Facade of High Educational Centre of Western Sydney.

My daughter and I stayed in a 4 bedroom villa for 3 nights while attending a conference at WSU. Was so pleased we chose to stay here. The villa has a spacious kichen and a lounge dining area with TV as well as one bathroom. It was all clean. Linen and towels and toiletries were provided. It was good to have separate bedrooms with own desks and mirrors and to be so close to the conference that we cpuld pop home for lunch break. No traffic noise - just some birds and sprinklers gently waking one in the morning. I would definitely stay here in for future conferences.

It’s a shame that the company running this campus is so terrible because I met some amazing people in my time living on campus and it is so conveniently located. However Campus Living Villages as a company is negligent and has written residents into a contract that in my opinion should be illegal. Things I experienced: 1. The contract writes you out of all your rights as a tenant as you are technically a lodger. 2. You can't cancel your contract they make you pay for the whole year 3. It's also a hotel so random people will hang around. One sat outside my window and watched me sleep. But CLV kindly informed me it was probably a joke. 4. There is not nearly enough support for student moving on. They don't care if you sit in your room and die of misery. 5. They have no understanding of young adults. We are going to drink we are going to have fun. University is a place of personal growth, instead of working with students to encourage safe practises without the antisocial behaviour. They prefer absolute zero tolerance, bullying and intimidation. 6. Mental health support needs to be addressed urgently 7. They have gone on a banning spree of late. I'll probably get bannd for writing this review. So if you move on remember not to have any friends There is so much more. Clv as a company is not fit to run this facility they only care about money not student health and wellbeing. Western Sydney University you are a great university but it's time you stepped up and protected the students who choose to study at your campuses.

Worst place to live! You are stuck in a horrible contract with no way out, rental payments that are frequently stuffed up, staff who only care about getting as much money from you and treating you horribly, being told you can’t bring your own furniture. I will never live at CLV again or recommend to anyone.

worst experience, worse place i've ever lived. They regularly screwed up with rental payments, everything is constantly broken (and they try and force YOU to pay for it), staff treat residents like criminals (don't bother bringing candles with you! the staff will steal them and throw them out!). Wish I could give a zero.
