Very disappointed with driver (Launceston). Received an email stating "attempted" delivery as no-one home so parcel taken to collection point. What a joke! Had been home ALL day as I'm currently in quarantine. Live in a cul-de-sac and did not hear any truck and also no calling card in letterbox as stated in email. Phoned business where parcel has been left and they told me that the delivery driver dropped off my parcel at certain time which just so happens to be the same time the driver "attempted" to deliver to my house. That tells me the driver couldn't be bothered to come to my house and was just lazy and dropped the parcel straight to collection point. What a major disappointment. Now have to wait until out of quarantine to collect a very expensive parcel. NOT HAPPY TNT.

Terrible service. Not worth even one star. They Kept my parcel for 3 days here in launceston and I received zero communication. Called them to follow up and was told the address didn’t have a unit number. Surely they could follow up from sender or the receiver mobile number. They rebooked my delivery and I stayed home only because of this, only to receive a message that they couldn’t deliver as no one was home!!!Seriously?!!!!! Reading other reviews now and it looks like they need to change their drivers as apparently they can’t bother to knock on the door.
We were at home but the driver left before I could signal him. Tried to call the depot but was sent in circles by the automated system which just tells you to go to the internet. Finally spoke to an overseas call centre to arrange redelivery and now find it has been left at a newsagency in Launceston. It's a shame I had to rate them with one star as I give them 0/5 stars. The WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced! AVOID THIS COMPANY.
My package was with a (slow) learner driver two days in a row without being delivered. I went to the warehouse at Western Junction after work to look for it. The guys in the office were extremely helpful. Even it was way after their office hours, they let me in, helped track down the package, and let me collect it just in time for our daughter’s birthday. Big thumbs up for the office and warehouse staff!

I only used TNT again because my freight forwarder in UK ignored my please NOT to use them. So this time they exceeded their levels of incompetence. Delivered two parcels to the WRONG address. After searching around to find what was going on I managed to recover said items. When I raised the matter with TNT the driver claimed he delivered to the correct address. Which he did not. Hopeless and incompetent. DO NOT USE there are far better couriers.
I'm a new customer and I needed lots of guidance with correct packing and procedures. The crew at TNT went out of their way to help me and got my shipment away with minimal fuss. Excellent.
Very poor service! I have a parcel sitting there that's been in their warehouse for a week now. I call them and they say oops sorry the driver keeps forgetting to take it on his run. Big company you would think they would have some systems in place. We get charged for futile delivery fees and futile pickup fees. What about us charging you for not delivering the goods?
