This man is a wizard, my hard drive was corrupt, he replaced my memory on my HP Spectre notebook and replaced my keyboard. HP told me they don't make the parts anymore however, it was all replaced and a quick turnaround. My notebook is working better than it did when I bought it in 2015. The repair price was very reasonable.

61 403 913 526 These people will block you from messaging them on their WhatsApp account. They will also tell you not to call as they do not accept calls. When asking for help their responses are as followed: "What's Up", "Do what", "For what". I would NOT recommend using their service online or via telephone however if you go into the their store they seem to be completely different. You can get away using their service in store but getting information or response to queries over their contact information will not be possible as they are very rude via that. Highly wouldn't recommend! 1* from me

A1 service. Very professional. I came from Canberra for a couple of days and was Easter as well. I search online and found Sure Can do. I called him and asked for service and if can be fixed within days. He said yes and the service time was awesome. Highly recommend SureCanDo

Answered text late on Saturday night and on Sunday. Offered a competitive quote. Went with another business only because they had the replacement part in stock. When you go to Serkan's workshop you see you are dealing with a real computer technician. He goes out of his way to help. Highly recommend this business.

Summary: I will definitely come here for future computer problems. The owner is competent, friendly and professional. I needed a simple fix in the settings of my laptop which the owner did for me very well. It took him 15-20 mins to find and fix the problem which was great (The problem has since returned several times, but now I know how to fix it). I also noticed that he is a YouTuber (he fixes things computers on YouTube as well - I think it's called "SureCanDo"). The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because he charged me 55 for a small fix. Something else which was a little irritating was the fact that his office (at his house, I think) is on a main road and it is not obvious where he is and where you can park. I ended up parking down the road and trekking up to his office.

I have a HP laptop of 2015 model, and while I was upgrading my laptop accidently I broke the clip of my keyboard which is very fragile, and in hurry to fix that I bruised the threading of the keyboard ribbon. I tried calling, visited many service center's but none worked all gave up saying i have to change the motherboard. But these guy here is amazing. I took the laptop he said it can be fixed and it got fixed within few days. Not even HP could help me sort that issue out. He is the expert, and I would suggest everyone to go to SureCanDo to get their tech fixed. Thank you So much for your help. My laptop is great and runs fast as new.

I'm a complete novice with anything technical so I need a service provider that is patient and willing to help support me. I have used SureCanDo Computer Services for business over the past 12 months and would highly recommend them. Prompt service and extremely good value for money. If you are like me and need someone who is patient, courteous and who's aim is customer satisfaction look no further than SureCanDo ( the name says it all)
