BEWARE: I attended a property inspection on the 11/3/21 at 6/64-66 The Esplanade, Thornleigh NSW 2120. The price was advertised as 300 per week as affordable housing by link. The times to view the property were 13:15 – 13:30.The property manager present at the inspection was Alicia Beik. The concerns I have are; that the unit was advertised for over a week with the 300 price , and then suddently was increased without any explanation on the 13/3/21 to 368 is either gross incompetence or could be baiting which is a terrible and illegal practice). Also I found Alicia to be quite rude. Firstly she told me I was late to the opening saying that it closed at 13.15, which was clearly a mistake and 2: She stated that I could not complete an online application , when I asked why this was the case she said the form was not available on line, but when I checked on the webiste it clearly is. After this terrible experience I strongly recommend you go to another affordable housing organisation.I also emailed Alicia to explain what was going on and no explanation given. Link have my details on file, so they could have rung me at anytime to discuss or her Manager could have emailed me. They chose not to. I also noticed they reduced the price again, so looks like they have no idea what they are doing.

We have been working closely with Link to provide door to door transport solutions for their Link residents. So far the Operations teams have been working together to coordinate some terrific trips to combat social isolation. Great professional organisation to work with. I was told that we were all going to enjoy being with link, not housing, unfortunately, this is not the case as they don't reply to your letters.
The people in this office are horrible. They are cruel to disabled tenants behind their backs, they have a terrible attitude towards their staff and they are arrogant. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy
