I can’t thank Karen and her staff enough for the kindness, empathy and caring they have shown my family during a very difficult time. We had a beautiful send off today for the beloved husband and father of my daughter and her three little ones. From the understanding of the family needs, to the beautiful ceremony designed to help the children through saying goodbye, to the balloons for the children to release for daddy, everything was thoughtfully and sensitively arranged. Anne is excellent and kind-hearted funeral agent without any money making mind- set. Truly knows the industry more than anyone. We have lost our still born baby and in that hard time was checking for arranging a funeral. I have spoken to 3 funeral agencies. To my surprise some of the top funeral agents were asking 1000 to 2000. Anne from lady Anne funeral has done it for less than 200. She clearly said there is no charges in crematorium for still born but other 2 agencies showed me rate card printed saying there is a charge. Will recommend to those who lost their loved one and for those who don't have to deal with money minded business people at those hard times. Thanks Anne.

My Father passed away almost 3 years ago and to this day, I couldn't have organised an amazing send off without the help of these ladies. From bringing my Father body home to laying him in his final resting place.
