I attended this studio via a mutual friend. I was welcomed by an efficient young lady who took the time to explain the products available to me and those that would best suit me. Initially I purchased 2 products & as a result I will be extending my range of SLA Paris.
Love all the products in the SLA range, in particular the Perfect Glow Ultimate cover Radiance Foundation, SLA Primers & all the SLA shadows are of the highest quality.

Hi to everyone out there who hasn’t experienced dealing with these people. They are the rudest with the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life. Ordered a cleansing gel and they sent me a wrong product. Called and told them that I received the wrong product. Mind you, I double checked the confirmation email that I received for my order just to make sure that I didn’t order the wrong product, and I had ordered the right product. Long story short, the manager Maureen said that she will check the order and will get back to me. She called later and said that they sent me the right product and that that’s the product I ordered myself!!!!!!! I thought I was going crazy…. Looking at their website and my order and the product in my hand. They’re clearly not the same and yet she kept telling me that I was wrong……and saying that I’m wasting her time!!!!!!! Awful customer service, basically called me a liar. Will NEVER EVER buy any product from them again and WILL NOT recommend.
