Excellent service, could not recommend more. So simple having my bike picked up, and Richard is clearly very skilled at what he does. When I got my bike back, immaculately sparkling and in perfect condition, I was very impressed. Richard was even able to pick up on some other issues with my build that had not been addressed by other bike services, and provided ways that they could be rectified next time. I will definitely use Richard again.

I'm very satisfied - excellent service. I had gear changing issues with my bike. They tick a number of boxes for me. 1) They listened to what I was saying, 2) They immediately identified issues I'd not seen, 3) They later explained their actions - showing me the faults with the old parts. 4) They were finished in about a day (because I don't want to be without my bike for any longer than necessary). They offered pick-up and delivery - although I didn't use it. 5) They were generous with their time and friendly advice, 6) and more than reasonable with their pricing. I only wish I had found Vault earlier. I will be definitely be using Vault Cycle Services again. I highly recommend them. Thanks Richard and Rod.
