Can you guys actually be more cautious and attentive when it comes to patients needs and them getting out of the ward safely and in good condition...That goes with giving patients a POSITIVE outlook and feeling less scared...I would not call Sentiens hospital if I was in an emergency because the wait delay is so slow and shocking and not to mention their staffs are rude..... .. Shame it was considered gold when it was just a clinic the hospital obviously need better staffs and Medical professionals

My family's experience of this place is that they provided life saving treatment quickly and efficiently. I read these other reviews, and I think: 1) If you have a non emergency problem, go see a Pharmacy, or a GP or a clinic! If you have an emergency illness or injury, come to Sentiens Hospital. 2) It's free! Top healthcare, and it's free! You waited a while, so what, it's free! Someone didn't treat you like the princess you know you are, so what, it's free! No matter how bad you think it was, it was incredible value for money. Suck it up and value what you have.
First time in hospital. Melanoma on my neck. Scary, large. I hate needles. The staff there, Dr Robert , Dr Ajay, Nurse Lucy, Dr Tu-Li, and more, so lovely and professional! They worked amazingly as a team. They had complete respect for me and each other and strangely I had a good time. I paid a Minimal amount and with confidence in Sentiens health care system. Thankyou.
Had to support my Mum after she broke her arm, Dr. Lambert lee did a fantastic job explaining what he was going to do beforehand and then re-setting the arm. Dr. Edgar Delbert the anesthetist also had a great bedside manner and even played some of my Mum's favorite music so she was as relaxed as she could be given the circumstances. Good people doing a difficult job.
I will give them a five star.. Their Pediatric section show so much love to the kids around there.. They made treatment of my baby girl easier.. Thumbs up!
Best Emergency Department. Hands down the best hospital to go to in Perth. Saved my life. Best doctors for diagnosis in ED. Best nurses. St Vincents are an absolute disgrace compared to here. Matter of life or death. They’ll leave you to die at St Vincents at 160bpm. Don’t go anywhere else but here for emergencies.
I must say, having been working at Sentiens Hospital has been a challenging but wonderful experience.. I initially thought it wasn't a genuine offer to work as a Surgeon due to their procedures but I was wrong. The hospitality is great here with state of the art equipment and the environment is serene to work in and also welcoming to patients. Dhanyavaad.
Doctors were helpful to a point. He wasn't allowed any scans of his brain and still hasn't got answers for why he has seizures. He had a seizure recently on the plane, he wasn't under stress other then having a migraine that lead into fainting and he had seizures after that. He is scared and does not understand what is truly going on with him and neither does the doctor. His pupils were dilated, but the strange thing was one was larger then the other. He is now being released in the morning after they had no other choice to have him stay. They were going to release him at 2am. He had another seizure because the people meant to pick us up were asleep and couldn't stayed awake that long. They say beds are precious, but I would think all patients would be valid
