Never been there, never rated them previously. Social media propaganda feat to gain customers and revenue. As a private business owner this is not the way to grow. I recieved a random Instagram message from them which was deleted but kept coming back. This is all BS. To Pace Auto Werks....please just put out quality work and customer service and you won't ever need to try a social media stunt to grow.

I recently had some work done on my audi and from the get go these guys were so Professional, and did the best job I could have ever wanted on my car. It seems like I got a different car back from those guys would definitely recommend getting tunes done here.

I was convinced reading past reviews and meeting the front counter staff that Pace were “specialists” in European cars, competitive with other non-dealership service businesses, and attractive price wise when compared to my cars specific local dealership. I do not doubt Pace have respected knowledge and experience however I suspect this relies highly on the owner of the business to ensure this and Tom oversee staff and especially be across quality control. My thoughts / feedback from own experience which was over 12 months ago. My car leaked oil on my drive after I got home which I only noticed a few days later, turned out the sump plug washer was not replaced with new as it should for this specific car component. I lost nearly 2 litres of oil, I also checked the coolant level and it was not refilled to the recommended level by Pace, they added another half a litre. I paid 1400 for this service. When I spoke to Pace about the oil leak it was a case of having to come later when they could fit me in, not immediately to get checked as they were booked out, Pace admitted about the plug and did apologise. I also requested my rear wiper be disconnected, I was charged 2 hours labor for this which I queried given all that was involved was to remove a door panel and pull a wire. Reading other reviews I have to agree on some points specifically labor hours billed being excessive for what one would hope to be a routine efficient task to complete by an experienced mechanic or such supervising younger apprentices. My experience cost me 1700. I sought a quote from Pace this week for a standard service for my car, a day later I was quoted 680 for the specific service, I would have been none the wiser however I checked three other European car service centres including the dealership. Perhaps Pace made an error in the quote however rest assured they were the most expensive by far. It’s up to you however I strongly suggest do your homework.
My car is like new. Running like a dream. Thank you to all at Pace Auto Werks - so highly recommended. 5 Stars & 2 thumbs up! I cannot thank you enough :-) PS I had to come back a few days later due to spark plug problems and Simon fitted me in his already busy schedule - car is running like a dream still - many many thanks !!!!!
