Very hot small dark showroom. Considering how much the pianos cost this was a very disappointing effort to launch Steinway Quality. A young guy collapsed during the presentation because the showroom was so hot. No fans or air conditioning installed. The manager should be sacked. His duty of care towards patrons was Non existent.Zero Stars given. At Yamaha they look after you much better.
