Easy to find. Parking does fill up quick. Very clean area where you place the recycling in. Trolleys provided to help with multiple loads but you will need at least 1 which you get back (Just like Aldi trolleys). The team was very welcoming and helpful. Excellent service.

We heard through family about this place how you can bring your recyclables and get a ticket after you have finished which you have the option of donating or cashing it in at wooolworths. Only thing I didn't like was some of our water bottles couldn't be accepted even though they have the 10cents refund on the back.

Took my glass drink bottles in and got a voucher back to either exchange for cash or put towards your shopping at woolworths. Good change since last i went.

Went to west Ipswich recycling today and it was really busy but met one of the worker’s Ian and he was working so hard and helping everyone as he could and helping the best he can even though it was hot he still work hard he had good personality and was really helpful and polite I give him a 10/10 he was a really lovely bloke thank you Ian for all ur hard work

Guy there was pretty helpful and he was also very happy and humorous.. I had an issue with the 350 ml spring water bottles from Aldi's that say 10c on the bar code..I've heard this gas been a problem for a few months now, so I recommend Tomra update this..but other then this I was very happy with this easy service.

There was a short que .place is clean as can be expected. Reverse vending machines. Had to wait a while for parking. But overall good experience.

Signals everywhere indicating where to place bottles and cans. Would be nice to be supplied with plastic gloves or something

Easy access but you can queue for awhile if you don't get there at the proper time. They also need a rubbish bin outside due to people leaving empty plastic bags outside
