Would like to show my sincere appreciation to the team of Animal Welfare of Tiger Street, Ipswich, QLD. The service received was a 360 turn around from the service experienced at Animal Welfare, Logan. My rescue dog Nipsey is my family and she fills my heart with joy. She not only helps me in the home office, writing books, she helps me cope in a world of so many uncertainties. So from me to the team of Animal Welfare. THANK YOU for looking after my Nipsey.

Haven't had a good experience with AWLQ in regards to payment or service. Received NO invoice arranged payment threw they credit agency still haven't collected payment even thou informed, keep saying "Computers are down at the moment", no notes left on the account and the young woman I deal with was extremely rude went I expressed my disappointment in the service, quite aggressive actually found her quite threatening... still couldn't give me an invoice because Computer STILL DOWN... What?! For 2weeks??? Now threating credit agency.. Not Happy.. Oh and my dog died

I was referred to this clinic from MY vets in springfield lakes as the vet at MY gave me a quote for a very common and basic surgery she agreed yes they were expensive and I am welcome to shop around... she told me she used to work at AWL and they would be substantially cheaper. Little did I know ME Vets springfield who initially saw my dog and the young Chinese vet/friend at AWL had been in cahoots prior to my appointment and the vet at “AWL” Simply walked out without looking at my dog!!? and actually gave me a quote with a higher price to push me back to ME vets... What on earth!! What comes first our animals health or your pockets. Disgusting behaviour! Would never recommend either of these places!! I’m perplexed and baffled. They have no soul!!

This clinic is wonderful! They go above and beyond and I would happily recommend to others. The staff were just beautiful, with genuine empathy and concern for my pet's wellbeing and best interest. The follow up calls, explanation of post surgery care and feedback was very much appreciated and I can't thank the team enough for everything they have done. 5 stars all the way

I took my dog ninjas there today, all staff was lovely and took great care for ninjas and was great with payment options and very understanding Thank you for looking after my boy

Sick dog. Quoted 200-300 for visit and medication. Then charged me, 615. Two days later dog is exactly the same. Returned with dog, quoted 170 for blood test, picked dog up charged 320. 2 days later dog still sick. USE another Vet. Bunch of money hungry incompetents.

Thank you to the staff here for being so caring and understanding. My partner and I really struggled when our cat was ill. The staff were so helpful, knowledgeable and really made a point of ensuring our cat was cared for day & night and keeping us up to date along the way. We owe her life to this clinic and the practice manager who went above and beyond for us. We will be grateful for many years to come!
