Called and booked a taxi to go into town centre about 3 km away. Was informed one would be available soon. Called again about 30 minutes later to check. Was informed no driver had picked up booking.will text me when driver is available. Waited till almost 11pm..still no taxi. Waited almost 1.5 hours in all. Called to cancel and lady answer. Attitude was not interested in customer experience. Better experience with UBER. More reliable and interested in customer experience and providing good experience to customers.

I'm not someone who catches cabs regularly. Our first cab in the gentleman was lovely we chatted the whole way in. My cab home however the man was incredibly rude and I made the call to cancel him and ask for another driver. The new driver was much better mannered and I am so glad I made the change of driver. When I called however to change driver the woman on the phone wasn't particularly considerate to the situation. If you feel uncomfortable with a driver, don't take the ride. They need to be held responsible for their service and attitude. I was made incredibly uncomfortable and the driver wasn't changed I would have rather walked hours than taken that lift.
We got a taxi out to Glenworth Valley from Gosford for a wedding, the taxi driver was rude to us, clearly in a rush himself and when we were trying to find the location were told 'he doesn't want to waste his time', subsequently driving us 10 minutes in the wrong direction. Terrible service, would not recommend.
Left my phone in the taxi, driver came back and dropped it off and was the absolute best! Cannot express my appreciation for the driver and the switch board. Everyone I dealt with was fantastic! Well tipped because of the incredible service!! Young driver, 23 and such a genuine gent!! Thank you thank you
Ordered a maxi taxi for my husband birthday to take family to a local restaurant. Booked it 5 hrs before time needed. Waited 20 minutes past booked time then phoned to see where taxi was......apparently no maxi taxi available and no taxis. There was no phone call to advise no taxi was coming. Disgraceful service....will order an uber next time, at least they are reliable!
Booked a taxi (through their app) to get my son to work. Taxi arrived late and then would not allow my son to leave the taxi until he paid the fare BUT I had already paid for the fare when I booked the taxi through the app. Their driver couldn't communicate with their own management to be told payment for the ride had been completed and processed all the while keeping my son held in his car. Driver could not speak English, arrived late, rude and completely unprofessional and I think trying to scam for double payment! DO NOT USE this service!

If you are depending on Central Coast Taxis as your "Plan B"! Forget it. Booked a taxi through Central Coast Leagues Club Friday evening. I had to meet it in Baker Street due to Dane Drive being blocked for FOOTY! Three taxis went past. I didn't hale them because I had made a booking. Then my cab pulled up at the corner of Donnison and Baker. I walked up and he had already cancelled my booking in favour of two drunks. I didn't have a mobile and asked if he would contact the depot to reorder my taxi. He refused "thankyou mr Taxi Number 1"! If this is the best that Plan B has to offer then people who need a lift will start driving again. Pathetic company, pathetic drivers and pathetic service! * Not even one star however I had to choose one to be able to post.
